1.) What is the slope and y-intercept of the following equation? 2x + 3y = 7

    A.) M = 2/3 B = 7/3

    B.) M = 7/3 B = 2/3

    C.) M = -2/3 B = 7/3

    D.) M = 7/3 B = -2/3

2.) Find A given the other two sides of a right triangle.

 

    A.) 20.78

    B.) 26.83

    C.) 12

    D.) 23.65

3.) Given these two ordered pairs, (2, 3) ( 3, -4), Find the following:

    A.) Slope

        a.) 1/7

        b.) -7

        c.) -1/7

        d.) 7

    B.) Point Slope Form

        a.) y - 3 = -1/7(x - 2)

        b.) y - 2 = -7(x - 3)

        c.) y - 2 = -1/7(x - 3)

        d.) y - 3 = -7(x - 2)

    C.) Slope-Intercept Form

        a.) y = -7x + 17

        b.) y = 17x - 7

        c.) y = -1/7x + 17

        d.) y = 17x - 1/7

    D.) Standard Form

        a.) x - 7y = 17

        b.) x + 7y = 17

        c.) 7x + y + 17

        d.) -7x + y = 17
