1. The third side of a triangle is 5 cm longer than the other two sides. The perimeter is between 35 cm and 50 cm. Find the range of possible lengths. Write your answer as an inequality.
2. Solve and graph the following: y-5x=0, -4<-3x-13<26, -5y +2x>10.
3. A 10-pound mixture of peanuts and cashews sells for $5.32 per pound. The price of peanuts is $3.60 per pound and the price of cashews is $7.90 per pound. How many pounds of each type are in the mixture?
