• TEACHER'S AIDE at NLC

USD 251 North Lyon County is seeking applications for the position of a Teacher’s Aide at NLC Elementary School for the 2025-26 school year.  This is a full-time, 8 hours daily, 9-month position with benefits.  Salary schedule placement will be determined by experience.

• ASSISTANT COOK at NLC

USD 251 North Lyon County is seeking applications for the position of an Assistant Cook at NLC Elementary School for the 2025-26 school year. This is a full time, 8 hours daily, 9-month position with benefits. Lesser hours are available if desired. Salary schedule placement will be determined by experience.

• ACTIVITY and SUBSTITUTE BUS DRIVERS

Qualified applicants will receive adequate training as well as a one-time sign-on bonus. Must have or be willing to obtain proper license requirements, pass drug/alcohol screening and background check. Salary will be determined by experience.

• PARAPROFESSIONALS

USD 253 is seeking applications for paraprofessionals. Qualified applicants will work for Flint Hills Special Education Cooperative at either NHHS or NLC Elementary. Please apply at USD 253! Click on paraprofessional (Job ID 1534) and apply to USD 251 - NLC Elementary.

• SUBSTITUTE COOKS

Qualified applicants will work on an on-call basis and will receive all required trainings, no experience necessary. Must be willing to work at NLC and NHHS.

• SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS

Qualified applicants will work on an on-call basis. Must have required licensure. Professional, Standard, and Emergency licensed teachers are paid $120 a day.
