Qualified applicant will work one-on-one with high school students. This is a full-time, 9-month position with benefits. Salary schedule placement is determined by experience. Northern Heights High School students saying the Pledge of Allegiance this morning during the morning daily assembly in the gym.
To get a little relief from the hot gym, Northern Heights freshman PE class enjoyed the morning breeze while playing "disc golf".

USD 251 Open Houses and Fall Sports Parent Meetings
USD 251 teachers continued focusing on school improvement and student achievement this morning. All teachers worked together in grade level and subject area teams on standards alignment focusing on a guaranteed and viable curriculum for our students. It's a great day to be a Wildcat!
USD 251 welcomed back teachers and staff today for annual trainings and teacher curriculum collaboration. Thanks to the Emporia State Federal Credit Union for providing door prizes and lunch for all staff!
