In order to accomodate a newly created page for the "Strategic Planning Committee" we had to move a couple of things on our webiste. The "Monthly Newsletter" is now nested under the "District" tab, the "Paperless Board Meetings" link can now be found under the "Board of Education" tab.

USD 251 North Lyon County is seeking applications for the position of Custodian. This is a 40 hour a week, 12 month, Monday - Friday position with benefits, including paid vacation and sick leave. Salary schedule placement will be determined by experience.

On Saturday, Northern Heights Forensics competed at the Regional Festival at Wamego. Hannah Cathcart received a two rating in Impromptu. Samantha Redelfs and Brylee McCullough received a 2 rating for their DUO performance.


The recently completed USD 251 Facilities Study has been posted on the Paperless Board Site under the April 26th Special Board of Education Meeting. The Paperless Board Meeting link can be found at https://www.mywebschooltools.com/schools/USD251/BoardMeeting/login.php
The study will be presented to the USD 251 Board of Education on Wednesday, April 26th at 6:00 pm. The meeting location will be the NLC Elementary gym in Americus.

Due to the power outage in Americus, ALL USD 251 schools will have a 2 hour delay today, April 20!

Calendar change clarification:
The baseball & softball games vs Mission Valley that were originally scheduled for Thursday, April 20th will now be played in Allen & Admire on Friday, April 21st at 4:00.
